Downtime
Image Title

- The Downtime module is used to track information related to system, machine and operational downtimes
- Downtime events could be anything from simple mecanical failure of a machine, the unavailability of a system, electrical failures or higher level occurances of operational or process failures
- These specific occurances are stored in incite as downtime records
- Similar to the Action Planning module, Downtime follows a more rigid form, with all necessary fields already included in the package
- incite can operate with this module independently - the application can be used to simply store only downtime records
Downtime Record
- The Downtime edit screen shown above
- Downtime Event fields can be setup using relationships (certain DTCodes for example can be configured to show for only select Machines and certain Shifts will only show up for some Areas)
- Downtime Events can be either Major events or Minor
- Major Events require a Start and Stop time to be entered
- Minor events only record the Total Duration and occurances of the event
